The Monthly Membership meeting is held on the second Saturday of Every Month except July and December.
Program: Board Member Elections, Annual Technology Update, Planning of activities for 2020
Location: Lafayette Park United Methodist Church, 2300 Lafayette Ave., lower level (west side door entrance). Door is secured; if no one is there to greet you, please press the doorbell button.
Note: we will be using the upstairs gym, as the downstairs Fellowship Hall is being used for the church’s Corn Beef & Cabbage dinner (which we are invited to, by the way… see separate calendar entry).
Our annual elections to the Board of Directors are being held at this meeting. Ballots must be submitted by the beginning of the meeting (1:00 PM). The election results will be announced right after the final tallies have been made. Ballots were emailed (or postal mailed) to all active members in mid-February. If you have not received one, please contact us.
An annual technology update will be presented, followed by a planning session of activities where we will be asking input from the members.
A Social Hour with Refreshments follows the presentation.
Suggested Donation: $3.00 for members; $5.00 for non-members.
