Lafayette Church (Spaghetti Dinner / Silent Auction) – We’ve Been Invited
Apr 27 @ 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

The Lafayette Park United Methodist Church in St. Louis has been the meeting place for our chapter’s Monthly Membership Meetings.  The church continues to be supportive of our organization and of the St. Louis LGBT community in general, and has a presence every year at the St. Louis Pride celebration.

They are having a benefit for their New Beginnings Furniture ministry, which provides furniture for those folks in need that are starting their own place.  This ministry works with Doorways, which provides housing and support services for those affected by HIV/AIDS.

The church has extended an invitation to any of our members that would like to attend for the free Spaghetti dinner and the Silent Auction that is also planned.  This would also be an opportunity to get acquainted with the church staff and their efforts in reaching out to all the communities.
