MEETING POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER

The Monthly Membership Meeting is held on the Second Saturday of Every Month except July and December.

Program:  Board Member Elections

Location: Lafayette Park United Methodist Church, 2300 Lafayette Ave., lower level (side door entrance).

This is one of the most important meetings for our members to make; please make every effort to set aside time out of your busy schedule to attend this function.

January is when we hold our annual elections to the Board of Directors.  Ballots must be submitted by the beginning of the meeting (1:00 PM).  The election results will be announced right after the final tallies have been made.  If you are an active member and have not yet received a ballot, email us at ptsl@primetimersstl.org, or you can fill one out at the meeting.

Lunch will be provided courtesy of our outgoing President.  The planned menu includes Turkey, Dressing, Green Beans, Corn, Dessert and a veggie tray.  Water and soda for drinks will be provided.  (Please note that the church does not allow alcoholic beverages.)

We will review the election results, and lay the year’s schedule for the monthly potlucks, meetings, events, and any activities that any of our members would like to sponsor.

Suggested Donation: $3.00 for members; $5.00 for non-members (waived if joining as a member).
