Many of the interiors of our downtown buildings are graced with murals—about the history of Missouri, about banking, and about the Greek legend of Ulysses, painted with a St. Louis businessman instead of the Greek hero.

For the Prime Timers, Doug Schneider will lead a 2-mile walk popping in and out of buildings to look at murals.

The tour starts at the entrance to the hotel at Union Station (1820 Market Street—where the doormen are).

We return to Union Station for an optional lunch at Lombardo’s Trattoria, located in a former gay bar.  http://www.lombardosrestaurants.com/trat-lunch-menu.html

Please contact Doug Schneider at ParadiseDouglas@gmail.com if you are planning to come for the walk, which will be rain or shine.

Tour is free, but lunch is on your own.
